Cancels a payment in status PENDING or PENDING_AUTH, or a succeeded recorded payment. A payment that already has refunds cannot be cancelled.
Replaces the deprecated Cancel a pending or recorded payment and cancelling through PUT /reservations/{id}/payments/{paymentId}.
