Add a payment method for a guest

Attach a payment method to a guest. Card details are never sent to this endpoint — tokenize the card first, then pass the resulting token: stripeCardToken when the payment provider is Stripe, or the _id returned by Guesty's tokenization process for Guesty Pay.

Payment method parameters.
If there's auto-payments with payment method CASH (no payment method defined in the UI), then they will be changed to the added payment method automatically.

Create payment method with Stripe token from tokenization process.
