List basic fees for listings

https://open-api.guesty.com/v1/basic-fees/listings

Returns basic fee configuration (cleaning fee) for the given listing IDs. Listing IDs with no basic-fees document are omitted from the 200 array (not 404). Pass listing IDs as repeated query parameters or a single comma-separated value (maximum 50).

Listing IDs with no basic-fees document are omitted from the 200 array (not 404).
