Returns whether the listing uses account-level or listing-level channel commissions.
levelEntityType is ACCOUNT when reservations on this listing should take commissions from account settings, or UNIT_TYPE when they should use listing-specific commissions. Defaults to ACCOUNT when no configuration has been saved yet.
This path looks up unitTypeId as-is: it does not remap a sub-unit to its parent and does not return 400 for sub-units.
