A rewrite of the webhooks documentation covering the move to v2 reservation events
Added
- Added a new guide walking through the migration from legacy reservation webhooks to the v2 events, including payload reference tables and event-ordering guidance
Changed
- Overhauled the webhooks documentation: the main webhooks guide now covers signature verification, retry/delivery behavior, and how to handle event ordering and duplicates; the reservation webhooks guide is restructured with condensed reference tables in place of thousands of lines of raw JSON examples; the messaging webhooks guide is renamed "Communication webhooks" for clarity. The documented list of payment webhook events has also been updated and better explains the 11 supported payment events.
