  • GET /communication/conversations gains the type query parameter (guest | owner | owner-direct, default guest), which selects guest inbox, owner, or direct-owner conversations. The legacy conversation types parameter is now marked deprecated and points to type. We also improved the descriptions.
  • POST /communication/conversations/{conversationId}/send-message: module.type now lists platform as a supported value. This value tells the system to send the guest message using the OTA's default medium.
